The line is designed to mix vegetables with, water, sautéed vegetables and cook them for a preset time.
The plant can leave the pieces intact (minestrone) or chop them (vegetable soup).
Once the product is cooked it is then transferred to the buffer that keeps it warm, while gently stirring it without producing stratification.
Ready for automatic CIP cleaning and recording of the the obtained washing.

Post packaging thermal treatments can extend the shelf life of the product.
This compact line can easily be adapted to available facilities or can be integrated with other process lines (preparation of vegetable purees, sauces, fruit mousse, etc.).
