The machine is suitable to cook – in heated water by steam inlet – of fruits and fresh vegetables (whole or in pieces), legumes and pasta. The cooker can also be used to blanch potatoes to be frozen, to change the PH of pickles and to accelerate dried product rehydration (tomatoes, chickpeas, etc.).
The machine is suitable to fill containers of different formats – glass, tinplate or PET – with vegetable products of proper sizes and/or shapes (olives, artichokes, cucumbers, dried tomatoes, legumes, fruits, etc.). The filling occurs by product falling from a vibrating distribution plane over the containers, that are moving in a underlaying position on a specially provided conveyor.
The machine is suitable for continuous pasteurisation and cooling of various foodstuff contained in glass jars and bottles, tinplate cans, trays, ‘Doypack packagings’ and plastic bags, etc. Treated products: vegetables in the form of sauces, creams, ‘pesto’, pickles, products preserved in oil, fruits, jams, juices, etc.
